Earlier this year, STH Westco introduced a new Visual Merchandising service to help our customers increase sales of Westco and Francis Kitchen & Bathroom products. The service, which launched in the Midlands in May with the appointment of Ellie Roe, is already proving to be a huge success. So much so that we have now appointed two more visual merchandisers to our team and rolled the service out across the UK.

Jacquie Barella now covers Scotland and the North, from Shetland to Lancashire and everywhere in between. Having worked in visual merchandising/display design roles since 2001 – even calling in the help of the Royal Marines to help her with one military charity displays – she brings extensive experience and a remarkable can-do attitude to the position.

Speaking about her new role, Jacquie said: “Great products always make a difference when presenting in a retail environment, so I’m delighted to be working with Westco and Francis Kitchen & Bathroom. It’s also fantastic to be in a company that has ambition and sees the value in visual merchandising and supporting its customers. I’m looking forward to getting display stands out to as many customers as possible and building strong and positive relationships with them”.

Zoe Ward will be covering London and the South of England. A qualified interior designer, Zoe has been working as a visual merchandiser for the last five years. Speaking about joining the STH Westco team, Zoe said: “My main focus is to get around as much of the South as possible, rebuilding relationships with customers, getting our products out on display, building attractive displays, maximising visual impact, and pushing the product to the front of the customer’s mind. I will always be on the lookout for new and innovative ways to display our products and maximise brand exposure.Westco is a great company that cares for its employees and has a clear vision for change, which is very exciting to be part of!”.

Passionate that, despite the growth of digital marketing channels, what happens in-store remains crucial, the Westco Visual Merchandising service is designed to help merchants better promote products to installers and other customers.

Westco’s three-strong team of visual merchandisers does this by:

  • Developing creative and attractive store displays
  • Creating intelligent retail floor plans that encourage sales
  • Ensuring all Westco and Francis Kitchen & Bathroom display units are presentable and adequately stocked.

Ellie, Jacquie, and Zoe will also partner with customers to ensure that all displays align with their brands and objectives.
